Josie: Model Shoot

Josie and I did a session together last year and ever since then, we have wanted to do another. She is seriously the coolest girl ever. She is an amazing artist and has her work all over Idaho Falls. I added a picture of one of her art pieces so you can see how talented she is!

We did our session in Idaho Falls. We got some really cool red tinted lighting (from the recent Idaho fires). We have a session planned for the future and I cannot wait! Since I know all of you cannot wait either, here is a hint ;) It is going to be an artsy lifestyle studio session...with hopefully LOTS of PAINT!

Well, I hope all of you are doing amazing! School and work started for Matt and I. I feel so busy all the time, and if any of you are starting to feel stressed, remember that stress makes you older and it increases your chances of illness and mental disease. On that happy note...

Haha, that is what we talked bout today in my Adult Development class. As depressing as it sounds, it actually gave me feelings of motivation. Take care of yourself, mentally and physically, because if you do, you will live a longer happier life!
