Sunday is Pancake day!:Recipe

A Pancake bar is one of my favorite breakfast creations. Not only is it easy, but its a good way to use up whatever fruit you have laying around...or you can just skip that and go straight for the nutella. ;)
I have included my favorite pancake recipe below and some pancake topping ideas. I tried something new today on my pancakes....Pomegranate seeds. Drip some nutella over that sucker and start your day off right.
  Recipe...

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey

In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add milk, egg and butter and honey. Mix until smooth. Heat a lightly greased griddle and use aprox. 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Yum.
